Cancellations

Damages:

If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to email us at contact@bestpricer.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Incorrect items
Please email us a picture of the incorrect item received, and we will arrange for the item to be returned, and you will be sent the correct item. In the event that you return an item yourself, we will not be able to refund you for the shipping costs.
Change of Address
We cannot modify the delivery address once it is in route. If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please email us at contact@bestpricer.co.uk within 24 hours of placing the order.
