Return procedure

- Return instructions: Follow the instructions you receive from us after your return request.
- Return Shipping: Please return the product to us according to the instructions you received. Ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Refunds
- Approval: We'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Return Label Responsibility
If you no longer want the product, you’re welcome to return it to us. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
